Dirt Rider races the Lake Elsinore Grand Prix ‘Mushman 100′

Dirt Rider magazine‘s Michael Allen recently raced the Lake Elsinore Grand Prix “Mushman 100″ in California and had some interesting thoughts on it. “Up until three days before the 45th running of the historic Elsinore GP, I had no intentions of racing. Funds have been tight and I had just finished forth in the NHHA championship,” Allen wrote for Dirt Rider. “At the beginning of the week, I was hearing more and more hype about how much fun it was going to be and how I’d be missing out if I didn’t participate. The main thing that was holding me back was the steep entry fee ($125 per race to be exact). Nonetheless, I decided to give the Dirt Rider YZ125 a race prep and head down to Elsinore Saturday morning to race the unclassified race. I figured it would be good practice for the Mushman 100 race on Sunday.” To read about how he finished, click here.
