Colt Bowden knows a thing or two about skateboarding and he knows a lot about art. So what better way to combine those two talents than to hand-paint the Spring 2012 Stereo Classics division deck series? His art pays close attention to detail, and his use of typography makes his work distinctive.

“I find most of my inspiration from mid-1900′s sign-painting as well as americana folk art and illustration.” said Bowden of his work.

The Stereo Classics series includes pro models for Jason Lee, Chris Pastras, Matt Rodriguez, and Chris Miller.
