Bizarre skiing on colored snow

The Falquet brothers take a new approach to ski cinematography in their first webisode

We’ve always been told to stay away from the colored snow (“Don’t eat the yellow snow!”), but brothers Nicolas and Loris Falquet must not have gotten that memo. Along with friend Jeremie Heitz, the pair filmed the first episode of their webisode “trip in Les Marecottes, Switzerland, shredding pigmented powder. The colors are of their own doing, having pumped out paint along the slopes to create a surreal winter world of blues, greens, reds, and oranges, but the effects are dazzling. Coupled with tight editing, the colored snow skiing is a completely new visual experience that explores the creative and zany part of the sport.
