Summer is the best time to set out on the open road and embark on a series of explorations and adventures. With their trucks finally geared-up and ready, John and Eric Jackson load up and leave Anchorage, Alaska and head south. Along the way, the brothers catapult off a couple of cliffs, make friends with a black bear and wind up at Baldface Lodge for a few runs on the Red Bull Supernatural Course.
While at Baldface, the brothers dive deep into the history of the late, great Craig Kelly. They chat with the the iconic snowboarder’s friends and learn about the southern journey Kelly made with his wife, which was a catalyst for this trip the brothers are on. The crew also makes a pilgrimage to the summit of Baldface and meditate at the cross that sits at the top of the mountain in honor of Craig Kelly.
The following day, the brothers check out what’s left of the Supernatural course and reminisce about their favorite contest of the season. While looking at the course, John says fondly, “I’m so excited. I honestly can’t wait for next year.” With that, the crew heads to Nelson, British Columbia for few days of down time, where they work on jewelry designs for a project that benefits an orphanage in Nicaragua.
