We’re in the midst of “teaser season,” and companies are eagerly dropping first looks at films they’ve been working on throughout the year. Burton Snowboards is the latest to jump on board and recently released the trailer for “13.” As a follow-up to last year’s highly acclaimed release “Standing Sideways,” this year’s film looks to pack a heavier punch. It was shot with state-of-the-art cameras, including the notorious R.E.D, at exotic locations across the globe.
The film also boasts a solid roster of riders with Danny Davis, John Jackson, and Terje Haakonsen leading the charge. The trailer is filled with alluring electronic beats and hardcore action that ranges from rowdy rail sections to big backcountry booters. If this doesn’t amp you up for winter, we’re not quite sure what will.
“13″ officially drops Sept. 17, and premiere locations include: Burlington, Vermont; Boston; Denver; Kelowna, British Columbia; Montreal; New York; Newport Beach, California; Salt Lake City; Seattle; and Whistler, British Columbia.
