The final day of Snowboarder Magazine’s Superpark 16 was filled with the most progressive riding witnessed all week.
Instead of keeping it mellow on Day 5, pros were determined to cap off this Superpark with a bang. Young gun Mark Hoyt joined the ranks alongside Mark McMorris, Pat Burgener and Torstein Horgmo by landing his first-ever frontside triple cork.
Other stand-out moments were Josh Dirksen’s banked slalom runs, Brendan Gerard’s trick-stomping on the Seven Springs jump in a Speedo, and Sebastien Toutant’s massive backside triple cork.
Day 5 was filled with bangers and will be regarded as one of the most progressive days in Snowboarder Mag’s Superpark history.
