Breckenridge Ski Resort in Colorado opened for its 51st winter season late last week with hundreds of skiers and snowboarders attending despite warm conditions that hindered the resort’s snowmaking efforts. This year, due to the weather, Breckenridge only opened with one trail and one lift, along with four park features that were only accessible by hiking. But the minimal trail selection didn’t take away from the excited atmosphere, as all the skiers and riders in attendance were hyped to be back on the snow. Numerous professional skiers and snowboarders showed up to the party and posted pictures of the action to their Instagram accounts.
