In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, the Signal Snowboards crew has teamed up with the Keep-A-Breast (KAB) foundation for an episode of Every Third Thursday that creates a unique approach to testing for breast cancer.

In the episode, KAB founder Shaney Jo Darden and Signal create a custom “breast cast” of Signal graphics lead designer Meg Smith and also build a custom “bra board.” Model Susan Holmes McKagen makes a surprise appearance and helps with the snowboard build. Then when construction is complete and the bra board is ready to be ridden, Signal snowboarders Melissa Riitano, Katie Williams, and Jamie Madrid use it for an on-snow exam at California’s Mountain High Resort.
