Congratulations to Vance Peterson of Flagstaff, Arizona, for being selected this week’s Teva Proof of Life photo contest winner.

Peterson busted a tire from his steel hardtail on a recent outing, as well as dented the downtube. He’s only been riding the bike for a few months, but he’s taking everything in stride.

“What can I say? I love it, and I’m still riding it hard. With a new tire,” he said.

His photo won him a pair of Teva Links Mid Shoes, and since he’s the final weekly winner of the contest, he’s the last person who’s eligible for the grand prize: $1,000 cash money and an autographed Jeff Lenosky Giant STP frameset.

The grand prize winner will be selected at the end of August. Stay tuned to find out who the lucky winner is.
