Sometimes, for a surfer to make a name for himself, it only takes one session or even one wave.

Meet Nakoa Decoite from Maui.

After partaking in a groundbreaking paddle-session at Peahi (Jaws) in early 2012, where he made one of the heaviest drops of the day (the last wave in the 1st video below), he has now emerged as yet another well-rounded super-talent from Maui.

Following the lead of his pals Albee Layer and Matt Meola, Decoite released a web-clip to show the world that he can surf non-lethal waves just as well.
