Yesterday we reported that World Tour surfer John John Florence may have signed with Hurley, but without any official announcement made, the headline seemed a little TMZ of us. Well, now it’s official.

Hurley released this welcome clip today, featuring John John surfing near home on the North Shore in Hawaii, edited from only a few recent sessions in the rain, as well as a nice little retrospective look back on John John’s Hawaiian legacy. Enjoy!
