Taylor Steele’s “Innersection” experiment is now in Round 2 of its third year running. The unique user-submitted video concept has opened the door to allow unknown surfers to make their own segments to be featured in Steele’s new flick, though the new approach has had its share of controversy.

Here is a fresh round of entries from all corners of the globe–literally. The standout so far has to be Peter Devries and his cinematographer Adam Chilton, whose segment filmed entirely in frigid Canadian waters is quite breathtaking.
