Surfer mag’s roving lensman Morgan Maassen recently filmed a mini-biopic on Floridian surfer/skater/hipster Warren Smith. Warren hails from Panama City Beach, Florida, a sunny seaside vacation town famous for its white sand and complete lack of rideable waves. Despite growing up way over on the Gulf side of Florida, Warren has managed to carve out a stylish niche in the surfing world.
