While Ventura County, California, is best known for its winter wonderland of brown barrels, locals like Nick Rozsa can tell you that even during the summertime you can find waves if you know where to look. A couple nooks and crannies catch the south swell, and just over the Los Angeles county line are the points and reefs of Malibu. Nick and lensman Chris Papaleo, the duo behind Salty Beards, have just released part 2 of three in their summertime “Harvest” series about Ventura.
