Photographer Thom Gilbert has an amazing portrait book to unveil, titled “Salted.” The award-winning photog from Long Island has been able to get the most influential characters in surfing to step in front of his lens, and the results are quite moving.

Selections from the book are being showcased at New York’s Dorian Grey Gallery until the end of October. More info over here. The gallery show also includes three Tim Bessell surfboards with Andy Warhol inspired graphics.
