In the interest of competition and national pride comes a new video contest from Quiksilver where the winners are voted by you and me. “Cypher Film Challenge” is the name of the game, and the rules are these: three teams of two surfers from the U.S. (Balaram Stack, Chase Wilson), Latin America (Cristobal Del Col, Ramon Navarro), and Canada (Raph Bruhwiler, Nico Manos) were all sent to remote Chile with a filmmaker of their choice.
