For professional free surfers such as Kiron Jabour, a year’s worth of travels–flights, airports, lost bags, jetlag, taxis, malaria, reef cuts, and near-death experiences–are always distilled down by their “film guys” into neat little highlight reels. The fruits of their labor, so to speak.

Here are Kiron’s fruits, and they’re quite tasty. Hints of Pipeline, Nias, Skeleton Bay, and more–all set to the soothing sounds of Black Sabbath.

Kiron was born on Hawaii, is of Brazilian descent, and comes from the same mold as John John Florence, with a well-rounded game of aerials and a foundation at Pipeline. Kiron has yet to have a breakout season, but with the North Shore season just around the corner, hopefully this clip is just serving as the prelude.
