Every year Rip Curl scours the globe in an attempt to unearth the planet’s rising talent pools of surf. To do this in our 50 states they set up a series of regional events, one in Southern California, one in Hawaii, and two on the East Coast, which were held over the summer. The cream of those crops are invited to duke it out at Trestles in California on Nov. 17th for the Gromsearch National Final. Winners of that event will be invited to Bells Beach in Australia to compete during the Rip Curl Pro in 2013 for the Gromsearch World Finals. Tune in November 17 for the live webcast from Trestles.
