Jesse Hines is a very enigmatic character and top notch surfer athlete. The guy charges the North Shore and has been spit out of quite few Pipe barrels that makes all Easterners proud. He lives in a wave rich area of North Carolina and close to the Outer Banks. He embodies the stoke of the surfing lifestyle and is funny, humble, and is a pleasure to be around. He has a smooth and powerful technique to his surfing and doesn’t use any unnecessary hand jives to get his point across. Which is, to put his board on rail and throw some spray!
