| Kolohe, Gorkin And Woods Test DriveKolohe Andino, Aaron Cormican and James Woods test out one of Matt Biolos' newest creations, The UberPlank, at Lower Trestles. Check out the video below: Channels: Surf Eddie Guilbeau Wins the 2009 King of the PeakEddie Guilbeau took this year's King of the Peak at Sebastian Inlet, which was held over the weekend. His name is now added to the long list of past rulers. Conditions were challenging, with 30mph winds ripping through the peak which was dropping fast on a fading swell. As a result, it was the typical fight for one good wave. The King of the Peak contest runs using a skins format, comprised of 4 surfers + 1 previous skin winner. Each heat the winner moves on and can continue to move on through out the day as long as he wins the current heat. The surfer with the most skins at the end of the day is deemed the King. Kyle Garson had no problem winning his first heat of the day but then wasn't too lucky in the next. Asher Nolan was also present but just couldn't get a solid wave to get through his first heat. Surfers were stuck fighting for whatever would push them. There was a huge turn out with some of the best talent on the East Coast in attendance. These guys are used to these conditions and had no problem going huge. Channels: Surf Florida Surf:Summer DribbleWent out to the beach and shot some surfing. There are couple hot spots to go any day of the week here in Florida to find talent no matter what. I lucked out to find Aaron Cormican, Evan Gieslman and more out surfing this day. Its insane the amount of talent in the water in Florida. We have some of the crappiest waves in the world but we have some of the best surfers in the world any day. The old saying that if you can surf really crappy waves good you can shred good waves like nothing. The girlsweren'tafraid to get out in the sun either. Check out the video and all the action. Im going to pay my ticket for parking on the wrong side of the road trying to film off my the roof of my truck! Channels: Surf Curran Keeps On WinningNathianel Curran kept to his winning ways this past weekend by taking the 4 Star O'Neill Sabastian Inlet Pro. He was the only non-Floridian in the Final, which consisted of Nate along with: Aaron Cormican, Cory Lopez and Blake Jones. Curran who won the US Open and finished first on the WQS tour, now is set take his shredding to the Big Leagues for his first WCT contest at Snapper Rocks in Australia.
