Alexis Waite comes from the Northwest and is now residing in Salt Lake City, UT, just five houses down from her teammate Erin Comstock. In the past three years Alexis has been filming and constantly pushing her limits. During the 2005 season, Alexis revealed the progression of women in snowboarding through Misschief Films' first movie "As If." In 2007 Alexis was busy filming two videos, Runway Films "La La Land" and the Roxy's first-ever all-women's ski and snowboard team film "Labor of Love."

Alexis, or Lexi for short, is one of the most progressive snowboarders around. She leads the way in style and determination. In the 2002/2003 season Lexi started turning heads and went pro. Her main focus has been riding anything and she would like to add more big mountain rides to her list of accomplishments. Like all riders, Lexi has experienced some setbacks and bumps along the way. Late in the 2006/2007 season, while filming at Ms. Superpark, she managed to break both her hands at once. Laughing through it, (you can see the crash in the bonus footage of "Labor of Love"), Lexi had both her hands repaired over the summer. While recovering she had time to paint her house and did her yard work, with casts on both hands.
