Here's the team riding and chilling in Mexico and E-Man promoting his frame. Kinda cool to see Ratima on Cardinal since he fits in so well. And E-man is always a treat. One of the smoothest street riders there is.

Boy and E-man are back. From Barcelona that is. They filmed this LA edit for Interbike. Cardinal and Primo are stoked to have the two best street riders in LA on the team. The local homeboy Tyler Fujii filmed/edited the entire thing.

The less serious news is that Raul Ruiz went down and fractured his elbow. But he should back in 6 weeks or so. And if you didn't know he switched to Fit Bike Co recently and is being flowed Fit Eddie frames. Hah, well this is a real test for the Eddie dropouts because Raul Ruiz puts in work with the pegs so let's hope those dropouts don't break so he doesn't break any more bones...



In more serious news, Anthony "Boy" Flores has been through a lot more recently. His father is in serious condition after a jumping. Boy has risen to support his family in these most troubling times and I wish him the best of luck in the future. He's of course still riding and working on that Cardinal/Primo/Osiris shit so stay tuned... read the rest of his Osiris interview here.

Cardinal Bikes is a new bicycle company started by Nate Moroshan. Their frame (only product I believe) is already famous for it's vertical (or down facing) dropouts. This video clearly shows the ease of the down facing dropout when putting on your rear wheel. Some may be worried that this design sacrifices strength in some way on the frame, but with big time grinders like E-man and Boy on the team I assure you it is as strong or stronger than a common dropout.

I pretty much just heard that Cardinal Bikes went on a Barcelona trip with the team a couple days ago. I guess I was late, because they already uploaded the trip web video onto their website. The video features company owner Nate Moroshan and riders E-man and Boy. Lots of ledges and grinding and sick things going down in this, but check out Boy's UGLY bars. Hey man, I like big bars too but what is going on there?
