8th in 2006 Dew Tour A creative rider who can throw most any big trick, Beau sometimes gets overlooked in the freestyle crowd because he's not flashy -- he doesn't play to the crowd much or have a gimmick. But he does have excellent bike skills, is consistent and likes XG Freestyle; he's finished 5th and 4th in two attempts.

As one of the most consistent riders, you wouldn't know that he rarely practices unless he is at a contest. He will hold tricks longer and with more extension that most of the field and has the backflip variations over the long jumps to land himself near the top of the charts at any contest. While he is not the most flashy rider, he certainly makes up for it in the air with textbook extension.

One of the better freestylers, Beau is a consistent -- if sometimes unspectacular -- performer with a bag of big tricks. His superior bike skills and ability to hold tricks make him a favorite with fellow riders, but a lack of flash keeps him from igniting the crowd.

Beau's results at IFMA events tend to hoover around mid-field, with a few standout finishes, including wins both nights at the Kansas City, MO (December '03) event. His 2003 XG results were better than his average when he placed 4th in both Best Trick and Step Up (tie), and 5th in Freestyle. Most memorable was his backflip to sterilizer crash in Best Trick which could have placed him on the podium had he landed it.
