After a long relationship with World Industries, he started Deca Skateboards but could not grow the company any further. Ultimately, he ended up doing Almost Skateboards with Rodney and others.He has been featured in a few of Tony Hawk's video games and is most well known for his technical street skating. Many may claim Daewon to be the most technical skater when it comes to street obstacles and creativity in general.
