Danny got his first X Games medal in 2004 in Vert Best Trick. At that time, he had no sponsors and was supporting himself through contests and demos. After taking home bronze, he finally got the support he was looking for when he wore the quot;Pay Mequot; t-shirt during the contest. He's a technical best trick machine, and plans on trying the trick he couldn't land in 2004, the varial kickflip McTwist.
