Donny's a "designer hippie." Bell bottoms, long hair, handlebar mushstash, single-fins, and a guitar. That's Donny, oh yeah and don't forget the awful smell of patruli oil. He's a big guy so in average surf he opts for a single-fin, but don't let him fool you he kills it on a 6'2".

He grew up surfing San Clemente Pier and has been riding for Billabong forever. A few years back he began steering his professional surfing career in entirely different direction than most pros. He was riding single-fins and dressing retro before it was cool.

Donny is also known as, "Donovan," that famous musician. He has put out an album, toured the world and has simply remained "Donovan."
