Remember when Doug Henry went out on a borrowed CRF450 and won the opening GNCC several years ago? Then, after giving precisely 101% of what he had available to give, he collapsed at the line and had to get an IV before he could hit the podium? Well, this is right after he sort of started coming out of his stupor while still laying on the ground after the finish line. Doug’s a stud, and is one of an elite few to top the mighty Juha Salminen during his U.S. tour. (Jeff Kardas Photo)
