Eigo Sato has an extremely kind and friendly personality, always happy and helpful. The man from Japan differs a lot from the other riders - not only with his riding style, but also in his approach to pushing himself on the course. With the true Samurai spirit, Eigo is constantly competing against himself to concentrate to the max in a contest, while still showing utmost respect to his rivals.

Last season was somewhat of a breakthrough for Eigo. After a few years finding his feet in the FMX scene, he landed back-to-back second places at the first two stops of the Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour 2009 and was one of four riders in with a chance of taking the overall title at the season showdown in London.

Despite eventually missing out on overall victory, this year the Japanese FMX warrior will be looking to continue where he left off with strong performances and his characteristic smooth style. Let battle commence!
