Anderson Cooper is a bit of a daredevil. So is big-wave surfer Garrett McNamara. But McNamara, known for surfing the world's largest wave (or at least it was first reported as such), was a bit reluctant when the famous CNN anchor suggested an extremely risky move on a Jet Ski: Riding through a gap in the rocks with waves pounding and whitewater churning.

On assignment for "60 Minutes Sports" on Showtime, Cooper was doing a segment on the big-wave surfer in Nazare, Portugal,..
