Ivan Florence is a hard charging young goofy foot that has style to spare. He's about as frothy as a ten year old grom can be. Living with his two older brothers John John and Nathan have added some serious fire to his surfing. His backyard and local surf spot is Pipeline and Eukai. He is the lone goofy footer in the family and has got some mean maneuvers for sure. He's also a savvy competitor making finals as a Minigrom at the 2005 NSSA Nationals. He has traveled to Jeffrey's Bay, California many times, and also to the Mentawais.

He goes to school at Sunset Beach Eementary with his brothers and whenever he's not in school or doing homework he is out surfing the many waves the North Shore has to offer. He is destined to have a future in surfing and will shine in no time at all.

He has the genes, the family support, and a mother who not only rips but also is the utmost supporter and encourager of his skills. Aside from surfing he loves to skate and has a nice bag of tricks in that department. He loves video games, music, drawing and is a constant hive of activity. He has dreams of being a big pro someday but for now he just loves to surf and being a kid.
