If it isn't his elastic aerial attack or his domination at the world's most dangerous piece of coral - the Banzai Pipeline - it'll be his high-octane surf films or outspoken opinion on competitive surfing. Jamie's got all ends of the surfing spectrum handled. The 25-year-old is a free surfing acrobat as well as a big wave hellman. And with his childhood sandbox located directly in front of the most recognized wave in the world, his domination in the surf world's ultimate proving ground is just beginning. Surfing the wave since he was 5 years old, Jamie's as comfortable at Pipeline as most surfers are at their local beachbreak. His local knowledge led him to one of the most prestigious titles in all of surfing: a Pipeline Masters title, which he won in 2004 and continues to excel in year after year as a wildcard. With his 2008 win at the Da Hui Backdoor Shootout, Jamie became the first surfer to win a Pipe Masters, Pipeline Pro, and Backdoor Shootout titles. Although big wins at big waves, including Pipe and Teahupoo, show that he can compete, the Haleiwa local's focus has been on free surfing with resulting solid video parts and magazine covers. His own films, Freakside and Freakshow, which Jamie edits, produces, directs and stars in, are now staples in the surf world. By pairing together his aerial antics across the globe with a barrage of dangerous reef stunts in his backyard on the North Shore, Jamie is bound to keep people coming back for his third film, Who is JOB?, coming out mid-2009. |

jamie- you have an oppurtunity to do some serious good and take a stand for sanity vrs the peta psychos who are ruling the world it seems. the sea turtle comedy was perfectly fine, even funny as heck, but in no way dangered or injured turtle and the lies lunacy terrorism of peta is enough! the go daddy ceo and his company have been harrassed and terrorised for doing the right thing and killing an african elephant who are not only not in any danger of exctinction, but are a huge enviro threat as they descimate entire forrests in matter of months and kill more people then lions or predatory african animals, they are not in danger of exctinction in any way, hunting them is a mandatory part of wildlife mngmt. you have some fame and a name maybe should team up with go daddy ceo or something but you have oppurtunity to make differance and take stand vrs the lunacy lies deceptions and insanity of the pagan animal worshipping peta evil lunatic terrorists who even kill humans. watch penn n teller bullshit epuisodes "peta" and " enviromental histeria" for crash course in truth and peta greenpeace sea shepard and thir subsidiaries- but you are inj position to do some real good for world and wildlife by taking stand vrs the lunacy lies insanity of peta and its subsidiaries!!! do it! notfy me if want help or iinfo- im a lifelong sea captain and marine biologist whose fed up with the lunacy lies deception and descimation of wilflife which repeadedly takes place from peta types - do something man! take stand ! help make world better place! and say enough!- btw- the turtle was funny as hell! cheers!
