Jesse Hines is a very enigmatic character and top notch surfer athlete. The guy charges the North Shore and has been spit out of quite few Pipe barrels that makes all Easterners proud. He lives in a wave rich area of North Carolina and close to the Outer Banks. He embodies the stoke of the surfing lifestyle and is funny, humble, and is a pleasure to be around. He has a smooth and powerful technique to his surfing and doesn’t use any unnecessary hand jives to get his point across. Which is, to put his board on rail and throw some spray!

When he is not surfing he likes to work on his music with his friends in their Christian inspired band Four Learning. He loves his guitar and is pretty darn good in that department too. He also plays in his church band and is involved with the Christian Surfers Outer Banks. Another cherished pastime for Jesse is hanging out with his wife of five years and his pets. So whether he is in the water or on land his life is about rhythm and he’s a got a good one to be sure.
