Jim Muir was one of the original Dogtown warlords of the 70s founding Dogtown skateboards when he was just 18. He along with Jay Adams, Tony Alva, Stacey Peraltra, etc. changed skateboarding. Instead of skating like ballerinas in freestyle, and zigzagging around cones like slalom skiers, they brought skateboarding to vertical..
