It just looks like he isn't even trying most of the time, as he wins heats, and gets shots and video sections in everything. Joel burst onto to the seen as an eighteen year old winning the Billabong MFS Pro at J Bay. He has since then been a permanent fixture on the ASP WCT tour, always a contender, and winning several contests along the way.
