The jumps are approximately 20 ft, 25 ft, and 30 ft, with "really good pop" according to rider Josh Sherman.

Today, Wednesday November 11th, Josh Sherman, Bobby Brown,Ryan Thompson, and a few other Breckenridge Pro Team riders got to go up to Breckenridge's park early to "test" the jumps for tomorrow's grand opening.

As usual, Breckenridge has come through with a sick triple jump line. That's more impressive than any other early season terrain park can boast. Most of the resorts that are open (Keystone, Copper Mountain, Mt. High, Mammoth Mountain, Bear Mountain, Brighton, Mt. Hood,...just to name a few) are sporting at the most one or two baby kickers or spines, more for jibbing around on.

The triple jump line isn't as big as it will get once the season picks up and more snow falls. You can be sure by the time the Winter Dew Tour comes to Breckenridge those jumps will be uber beefed up.

Breckenridge is cranking up their lifts to skiers and snowboarders tomorrow, November 12th. If you're in the area get your arse over there- a storm is on its way in for the weekend, so you won't be disappointed due to lack of snow.

There are two things that are awesomely awesome about this installment of Josh Sherman's ongoing Day in the Life series. 1.) An exclusive look at the summer on-snow setup of the much hyped Woodward at Copper and 2.) An exclusive look at how amazingly awkward a date with Josh Sherman would be.

Everyone has seen the sick setup of the big red barn at Copper that is stacked full of trampolines, foam pits, snow-flex jumps and mini-ramps. But until now the only people who have gotten a glimpse of the snow setup that Copper has been maintaining all summer are the Woodward at Copper paying customers and their coaches. Sherm's day starts off on the hill with his minions... er... campers, with a special guest appearance by the famous and elusive pro-shred Chad "Chopper" Otterstrom.

After shredding Sherman sits down for a little mono-e-mono gaming time with one of his homies and recaps his date from the previous night. But you'll soon see how Shannon, a Breckenridge local girl (which is a rarity in itself), remembers the date in an entirely different matter.
