A Santa Cruz native who consistently does well on the NSL's California Cup, Horn is one of the best surfers at Steamer Lane in Santa Cruz. Horn is a power surfer who excels at big carves and big turns in big surf. When he is not surfing Kieran works in the marketing department for O'Neill.

Representing Northern California at the 2005 X Games on team West Coast is Santa Cruz local Keiran Horn. Keiran will be an X Games Rookie in 2005, but he is no stranger to the game, having competed for 2 years in the NSL.
