Lauren is a Texan who took a riding cue from her home state and goes big. Now living and training in Florida, Lauren is known for her spins, especially toeside 540s. In 2004, she found her way to the podium twice, taking 2nd at the US Open and 3rd at Gravity Games H20, but has never made it there at X Games, something she is looking to change in 2005. Off the water she is pursuing a career as a Dental Hygienist.

Lauren is a a flowing rider with a penchant for spins and a lot of control. The recent high school graduate moved from Texas to Orlando, FL in 2004 to ride and train with other top riders, and is looking to improve on her best X Games finish of 4th in 2003. She received her invitation to XG '04 for a win at the X Games qualifier in Reno, NV in June.
