| AboutBecoming a world-class snowboarder has been a dream and goal for Lindsay, so she started attending summer camps in Mt. Hood and Chile. At the end of an ‘06 summer camp at Hood, U.S. Snowboarding saw the potential and she joined the Team the next season. UPDATE Following some landmark successes in the Europa Cups, Lloyd was determined to be a full time World Cup competitor but an unexpected injury sidelined her. After recuperating and building back her strength alongside fellow athletes at USSA's training center, Lloyd is more fired up than ever to get back and accomplish her World Cup goals in 2009, and hopefully live out her Olympic dreams in 2010. FIRST TRACKS "My parents owned a ski and snowboard shop and snowboarding looked fun so I thought I would give it a shot." She then saw the 2002 Winter Olympic games the front row and was hooked.
