Arguably one of the most easy-going snowboarders of all time, Louie Fountain has turned in skillful, supremely stylish film parts every season for as long as we can remember. From the hard charging, good-timing antics of Robot Food to the off-beat adventures of Bikecar (his alternative-vehicle film project with Travis Parker and Scotty Wittlake) as well as multiple Mack Dawg and People parts, Louie’s prolific film output evidences his hard-working personality and simple love of shred. A Northwest rambler who has called Salt Lake City and Portland home, Fountain currently lives in his native state of Idaho with his fantastic family of four. Winter warrior, rad dad, environmental enthusiast, rider of bicycles and skater of boards—he wears many mantles as the seasons turn. You probably won't catch Louie on a competition roster or player-hating on the message boards, but you’ll certainly find him out in the backcountry communing with nature and charging hard for the fun and freedom in it.
