  • About

Manuela is a Swiss halfpipe star who is coming back from a knee injury she suffered in April 2004. Despite her injury, she finished the '04 season ranked 3rd in the world by the WSF, thanks in part to her run which includes solid back-to-back 540s and a frontside 720. In 2003, she was the top ranked rider on the FIS World Cup for halfpipe. WX '05 is her 4th Winter X, her best finish was 6th in 2003.
Since her switch from racing to halfpipe in 2000, the Swiss rider obtained overall champion status in three short years on the 2003 FIS World Cup tour. Manuela rides with intensity and speed throughout her halfpipe run and links cleanly executed spins together.
Manuela Pesko is a quiet Swiss girl who has seen the light and moved from the alpine racing days of her youth to the superpipes of today.
