Mark Gonzales explains the difference between skateboarding and gliding in this teaser for the upcoming video We Are Skateboarders. Mark's one of my favorite skateboarders of all-time, but man, sometimes I wonder what people who don't know how important he's been to evolution skateboarding think of him. He's a true skate legend, and an accomplished artist, but to normal folk he may seem a little...Well, just watch the video:

Fourstar has a cool A Day In The Life video of Mark Gonzales shot and edited by Aaron Meza. The Gonz is so rad, check it out here. I think it's funny that he didn't want to skate Billy Rohan's roof top skate park because, "they've got satellites these days that can beam down, zoom in on you, and have footage of you." Typical Gonz, oddly paranoid in amazingly creative way.

Here's a list of ten of my favorite lines that have appeared in the Quote of the Day section of my blog this year. They're in no particular order and will not make you smarter. The picture above is one I took of Mike Mo at the Downtown Showdown, the lighting was odd and the picture came out weird, so I thought it would be perfect for this session of weirdness.
