Noi Kaulukukui is a phenomenal free surfer and that is where he shines brightest. Hailing from the town of Santa Cruz and having Hawaiian ancestry may seem like polar opposites, but it's this combination of those two elements that intersect in the water. The net result is electric.

Noi has a certain flair that harkens back to the days of Buttons and Larry Bertleman. it's no coincidence that his hair can flair up to a seventies 'fro if need be, but it's his loose skate inspired moves that are reminiscent of those original free surfers. Noi can simply boost some serious air. He grew up learning from the best from a town that is richly steeped in progressive surfing from Kevin Reed on down the line to friend and childhood hero Jason 'Ratboy' Collins.
He has been a dedicated student and it shows when he hits the surf.

Another thing that should be noted is Noi's adeptness in skating. He's got a bag of tricks in the department that helps his air flight patterns out at the Lane. He'll chuck a Roast Beef, Stailfish, or air three-sixty that will even make Ratboy smile. Noi's got game and there's nothing more to be said.
