  • Hallelujah It's Here

What could possibly be the video of the year in 2010, Hallelujah, is set to premier tonight at the 12th annual Transworld Skateboarding Awards at the Avalon in Hollywod, CA. It's a Transworld Media production, hence why it's premiering at the TWS Awards, and was created by John Holland and Chris Ray.

Now, in case you didn't know TWS videos never disappoint, their 2000 release, Modus Operandi, is one of everyone's favorites. It featured the cinematic skills of skate video legend, Ty Evans, along with the skating of three legends in their own right: Marc Johnson, Brian Anderson and Mike Carroll; enough said.

Here we are 10 years later and Transworld is about to drop another mega-video that we may just be talking about for another decade. Hallelujah is going to highlight the skating of a handful of the best youngins' out there: Torey Pudwill, Tyler Bledsoe, Ryan Decenzo, Pete Eldridge and Taylor Bingaman.

In case you didn't know, that's a who's who in current skateboarding. Bledsoe has one of the best styles out their right now, and is always favorite to watch on video. Then there's Pudwill and Decenzo who are both in my top 5 when it comes to the best street skateboarders in the world at the moment, both made the finals at Maloof, with Pudwill wining Best Trick and finishing 3rd overall.

I'll be at the award show tonight, and will without a doubt stick around for the premier. Getting a good feel for a video at a premier is always hit or miss depending on a few factors: the crowd, beverage consumption, girl factor and security that always seems to award fun behavior with an early trip out. Anyway, I'll report back with my feelings on Hallelujah.

  • Hallelujah There's A New Transworld Video

The crew over at Transworld never disappoints when it comes to their videos, my personal favorite being Modus Operandi. That's why we over here at Grind TV can't wait to check out what TWS, John Holland and Chris Ray have brewing over there. The film is going to be called Hallelujah, and is set to feature a few of the best young guys out there: Torey Pudwill, Tyler Bledsoe, Ryan Decenzo, Pete Eldridge and Taylor Bingaman.

I just talked to Pudwill and Colin McKay the other day, and both of them stressed how much time filming T. Puds has been putting into this video. It's set to premier this summer, so get ready. Here's a little trailer:

  • Adidas In Europe

Check out some footage of Silas Baxter-Neal, Pete Eldridge, Dennis Busenitz and the rest of team Adidas as they cruise around Europe on a tour for the three stripe's latest video, Diagonal. If you haven't heard me rant about him before, than I'll let you know Dennis Busenitz is one of my all-time favorite skaters, so pay extra close attention when he's skating. Silas isn't half bad either he won a little something called the Thrasher magazine Skater of the Year last year, and anyone who has ever seen Pete skate knows he kills it.
