  • Ramondetta Destroys Portland

Peter Ramondetta has had a hell of a coupe years on his skateboard. He had been killing it for more than a minute with the Real crew. Then, he started killing contest. For the past two years he's been one of the most consistent skaters at all of the Maloof events, and has made several finals. He also competed in the inaugural Street League series, which in case you don't know is the best of the best.

While all that was going he has also done something more important in terms being a Real skateboarder; he has gotten clips for his sponsors. There's the soon-to-be released Real skateboarders video, which he'll have a major part in. Then there's all the ads and shots in the mag, in between nagging ankle injuries. And he even had time to short an internet series for his shoe sponsor Circa.

Check him out in Part one getting his transition on at a Portland Park.

  • Busenitz, Ramondetta And A Box

Dennis Busenitz is one of the best all-around street skaters out there right now; he skates fast, stylish and innovative. The San Francisco resident splits his time between skateboarding, being a father and now apparently crafting skate obstacles. Check out this Real video of Booze, Ramondetta and a granite box, which by the way is heavy.

  • P-Rod Wins Tampa

Yesterday, Paul Rodriguez edged out Najah Huston and Keegan Saunder to take the 2010 Tampa Pro. It's considered by many to be the most prestigious skate contest in the game, and now Rodriguez has proved, once again, that he has both sides of the spectrum covered. He is currently the reigning champ of X Games street, a cooperate mainstream contest for the masses, and now the Tampa Pro, a core skate contest for true skateboarders.

Some sides notes Peter Ramandetta proved he's the real deal by pulling in 4th, and Ryan Sheckler made his return to competition after an injury to take 5th. Matt Miller won Best Trick for his backside noseblunt up the ledge. Stay tuned for more coverage.

  • Lost Days And Throwaways

The crew over at Real skateboards has been filming for their much anticipated video for some time now. The skateboard world is expecting big things from this video, so there's a fair share of throwaway footage that is still pretty damn rad to watch. So, it would only make sense that Real would drop a little webisode series where they could feature some of these clips, thus Lost Days and Throwaways was born.

Here's Chapter 34, another LA edition. My favorite part is at the end when GrindTV's favorite skate at the moment, Dennis Busenitz, bombs that hill, and some guy says "Somebody live in S.F." Then, another guy goes, "Somebody give him Skater of the Year." Come on, Phelps I think he deserves it.
