Randall's a Honolulu surfer that is proving "Town Guys" can charge. He got the wave of the winter a few North Shore seasons ago. He's a fixture at pipe all winer long, and he's one of the boys, so he gets plenty of waves. Thats not to say he can't surf small waves either. He kills at Bowls and other town spots all summer long.
