Rick Howard is another member of the original Plan B skateboards team. His part in the second Plan B video, Virtual Reality, has been credited with helping to advance switch skateboarding to new levels. He later co-founded Girl skateboards with fellow skater Mike Carroll. Howard and Carroll currently own Crailtap distribution which puts out brands such as: Girl, Chocolate, Royal, Lakai, Fourstar and Skate Mental.
