Small in stature, this Canadian is known for the occasional huge crash. The '04/'05 season was his first year as a full pro and he did fairly well, even getting a 6th in overall Pro Stock points. He finished a surprising 5th in the '05 WX SNX after sneaking into the semis on a tie-breaker.
In 03/04 he raced both Semi-Pro and Pro.
Ryan is one of the few riders in the WSA "Tweener" class: He races in both Pro and Semi-Pro on the WSA National series -- Pro Stock and Semi-Pro Open. He finished 12th in the Stock final in his first Pro race -- that coming at Duluth in Nov '03, and he had a surprising Pro podium at the Winnipeg Nat'l in December.
