This down to earth Sugarloaf, Maine rider is the 3-time US National Champion in SBX (2001-2003), 2005 World Champ, and an accomplished big mountain rider who spends a large amount of time riding and filming in Alaska and Europe. Seth on the US Olympic Snowboard Cross team. As the FIS' highest ranked American for 2004 (10th), Seth is a top Olympic hopeful for the US in 2006. Following WX '04 he finished 2nd at the Legendary Mt. Baker Banked Slalom. A veteran at Winter X, 2005 will be his 8th. Seth has competed in SuperPipe, SBX and UltraCross over the years and has 6 medals to show for it. He is a 3-time US national champion in SBX ('01-'03) as well as an accomplished big mountain rider who spends a large amount of time riding and filming in Europe. Seth is the USA's number one SBX Olympic hopeful for 2006. He is also an accomplished halfpipe and freerider, and had a part in the 2003 European video "The Optimists." Seth has won Winter X gold once, in UltraCross '02 with partner Peter Lind, but is yet to win SBX gold. His best finish was silver in '02. Seth is a serious and dedicated rider. After taking the '01 SBX bronze and then blowing his ACL, he reevaluated his career. He holds great respect for boardercross riders because the sport shows their all-around abilities. As member of the U.S. Snowboarding Team, he is adamant about replacing alpine with boardercross in future Olympic events. | ||||||||
