Silvia calls Munich Germany home, but can be found at all major contests, secret pow stashes, city rails, and perfect parks all over the world. Silvia has filmed Neu Media's all girl film "Float" and also appeared in films from Runway films, Misschief films, and Isenseven.
Last winter she focussed on competing - won the Canadian Open and placed 3rd at the Asian Open - ending up overall 3rd in the Burton Global Open series and 6th in the TTR 2008/2009.

"My biggest challenge so far have been injuries. I tore my ACL the first time in July 2007, had a bad surgery and re-tore it just 6months later at the X Games. I had another surgery in Feb 2008 and just got back for the 2008/2009 season which ended up being the best one of my carreer."
