You had quite the winter, what is one moment that stands out above the rest?: It would have to be winning the air and style rookie challenge. It was so incredible being in front of that many people and in that sort of situation. I hadn't really ever done anything in front of that big of a crowd before

What What is your most memorable moment on your snowboard?: The first time i ever landed a 900 off a jump at waterville valley NH when i went to school there. It was the first winter that i was riding full time and at that point i kinda realized what i was capable of.

What's one thing that you would change about contests/snowboarding?: I hate how allot of contests are formatted and run on the media's schedule. So what if it's 8pm, the quarterpipe is completely frozen over into a block of ice, and practice is just starting. It's not like is was 50 degrees and sunny out all day...The live webcast waits for no one. *rolls eyes*

What advice would you give to kids trying to follow in your footsteps?: I would tell them to keep at it, if snowboarding is really what they love
